Shipping, Payments & Returns
This website www.blueaqua.in is independently operated by A&T Group, an India based company.
By placing an order on our website you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction solely with BLUEAQUA. This applies to all cases where the payment is made by all modes i.e. all credit card, bank card, debit card, bank transfer and other payments are to be made to BLUEAQUA.
The following modes of payments are available
- Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & Mastercard Network
- Visa, Mastercard and Maestro Debit cards issued in India
- Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India.
- COD : Only available for DELHI-NCR and is only applicable for Aquarium Tanks.
A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases, subject to availability.
Credit/Debit Cards: As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. A One time password may be required by the concerned bank.
BLUEAQUA.IN offers free shipping on all orders. For total orders below Rs.1000, Rs.50 are charged. Order dispatch usually takes just one-two days. Shipping usually takes one week but may take longer, depending upon your location.
Customers usually receive their orders within 3 or 4 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations. Aquarium Tanks delivers on weekend in Delhi-Ncr; subject to 4 days minimum difference in order date and delivery weekend. Blueaqua.in hopes that you never have to return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. Though we follow a strict return policy, there are certain exceptions to make your shopping experience better with us. As a first step we are laying out our return policy to take care of your hassles.
- Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. Under the return policy, the customer has to notify us about the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please email the details to us regarding the damaged order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Incorrect items received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the required items to you right away once we receive the incorrect ones sent to you (please read Return Policy mentioned below for further clarification). Kindly note PLANTS color may varry subject to availability in stock, which further can not be exchanged/ replaced. Return Policy :
Once the customer has decided that certain items/or entire order needs to be returned, the customer has to follow the process mentioned below:
Notify us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any delay caused might lead to the cancellation of the whole process. You need to mail the details (product photographs of the faulty/wrong items received, Invoice and the Package in which you received the products) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you get a confirmation from our side that the items can be exchanged or delivered, you will have to courier those to us (in case of wrong item received) as well. Once we receive the items, we will ship the products and also adjust the money you spent on the courier in whatever mode company feels to adjust the same.
Cancellation by Us
While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with us, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. We will inform about the cancellation within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
- Product No Longer Available With us or Temporarily Out of Stock
- Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
- Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
- Non-Serviceable Locations
At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
Please note: As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once products are sold they can be exchanged for a replacement or a store credit.
